Content is general news and data about U.S. elections. It is not legal, financial, or voting advice and is not an official election source. Confirm voting details with your state or local election office.

Accuracy

Polls, ratings, and candidate details come from third-party public sources and can be wrong or out of date. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Daily briefings marked "AI-assisted" are drafted with AI from the data on the site and checked against it; they may still contain mistakes.

Prediction game

"Call the races" is free entertainment. There is no purchase, payment, wager, entry fee or prize of any kind, so it is not gambling, a lottery, a sweepstakes or a contest. You must be 13 or older to play.

Reader poll

The reader poll is an unscientific straw poll open to U.S. residents 18 and older. Results reflect only the readers who chose to vote and do not represent the U.S. population. Do not use bots, scripts, VPN rotation or other methods to vote more than once; we may discard such votes.

Embeds and reuse

You may embed our widgets using the code we provide, with the attribution link intact. Do not scrape the site at high volume, disrupt it, frame it deceptively, or present its content as your own. Poll figures belong to the pollsters named; credit them.

Advertising

Ads are served by third parties. We are not responsible for advertisers' products, claims or websites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
